Reclaiming Self: Healing for Women After Emotional Abuse - Psychotherapeutic Group
Beginning May13, 2026
This small, 4-week psychotherapeutic group is for women who have left or are safely leaving relationships that were controlling, manipulative, antagonistic, or emotionally abusive.
Together, we focus on understanding these relational dynamics, calming the nervous system, and rebuilding self-trust in a structured, trauma-informed space.
One of the most powerful aspects of group work is connection. Emotional abuse often creates isolation and self-doubt. Sitting with others who recognize the patterns and emotional aftermath firsthand can soften shame, restore clarity, and remind you that you are not alone.
Limited to four participants to preserve safety and depth.

Empathic and Compassionate Support
If you feel constantly on edge, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of yourself because of a relationship, you’re not alone. Many people come to therapy feeling confused, second-guessing their thoughts or feelings, or wondering how they “ended up here.” You might notice cycles of intense closeness followed by distance or conflict, difficulty setting boundaries, or a sense that you’re always walking on eggshells. In our work together, we’ll gently make sense of what you’ve been experiencing, how it’s affected you, and why it’s felt so hard to trust yourself.
With compassion and care, we’ll focus on helping you feel grounded again, rebuild clarity and confidence, and begin healing at a pace that feels safe for you. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative and tailored to you, your story, your values, your needs.
In our work together, you’ll be met with warmth, empathy, and zero judgment, a space where your voice matters, and where we navigate your healing journey together and move towards growth and the life you deserve.
